EVENTS

Community Engagement Resource Day

Our 3rd annual Community Engagement Resource Day will take place on August 13, 2024 in Federalsburg. This event provides information about community resources to families. It also provides a "meet and greet" opportunity for students and teachers.

We distribute backpacks filled with school supplies to students who attend the event. We welcome donations of items to include in the backpacks! Please contact us to 410-754-6058 to arrange your donation.

Agencies and non-profits who deliver services to children and families are welcome to have a table at the event. Please contact us if you are interested in participating.

FREE Laptop Giveaways

CHSC has partnered with Queen's Anne Count LMB to provide FREE Laptops to eligible Caroline County residents.

Caroline County residents may apply directly to the QA County LMB or be present at any of the scheduled events.

Who is Eligible?

Households with an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
An individual who participates in qualifying income-based assistance programs.
Queen Anne's County and Caroline County Residents
Please note that the program only allows for 1 laptop per household.
