MEETINGS

CHSC operates on a fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th) and regular board meetings are held quarterly. We also hold at least two additional planning meetings each year. All meetings are open to the public. Our meeting schedule, agendas, and minutes will be posted on this page.

MEETING SCHEDULE

Meeting are held quarterly in September, December, March, and June on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

September and March meetings are held virtually via Zoom. A link will be posted for these meetings that the public may use to join.

December and June meetings are held in person and virtually via Zoom. Location to be determined.

Planning sessions are scheduled as needed by the Board. Details will be posted on this page once available.
