The Executive Committee of the Caroline Human Services Council (HSC) is pleased to announce that recruitment has been established for the position of Executive Director.The Executive Director serves as the liaison between the Caroline Human Services Council Board of Directors, the Governor’s Office for Children, community partners, funders, and stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in advancing the Council's mission of improving outcomes for children, youth, families, and communities throughout Caroline County.

 

The Executive Committee will oversee a comprehensive recruitment process to identify a qualified candidate with demonstrated leadership experience, strong organizational and fiscal management skills, and a commitment to collaborative community engagement.
