Notice of Recruitment Reopening

The recruitment for the Caroline Human Services Council, Inc Executive Director position is being reopened to expand the applicant pool and ensure consideration of qualified candidates whose experience may be equivalent to the educational requirements originally listed.

​

The minimum qualifications have been revised to allow candidates with five to seven (5–7) years of experience directing, managing, or leading a nonprofit organization, community-based program, or related human services initiative to substitute that experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree requirement. This revision recognizes the value of substantial professional leadership experience and provides additional pathways for qualified applicants to be considered.

Individuals who have already submitted an application for this recruitment do not need to reapply. Existing applications will remain active and will be reviewed under the revised qualification criteria. New applicants meeting the updated requirements are encouraged to apply during the reopened recruitment period.
