The Caroline Human Services Council is excited to announce the release of the RFP's for: FY27 Attendance Intervention for Chronically Absent Students The Attendance Intervention for Chronically Absent Students program will provide targeted support to K-12 students who are chronically absent or at risk of chronic absenteeism. Attendance interventions will address individual, school, and community-based factors that contribute to chronic absenteeism, with a focus on mentoring
